Information and legal assistance

Website information and assistant responses are for general reference. They are not individual legal advice, a public offer or a guarantee of an outcome. Discuss the circumstances with an advocate. Legal assistance requires a separate agreement.

Enquiries and advocate matching

Submitting a form expresses an enquiry and contact preferences. It does not confirm an appointment, case acceptance, attendance or a response time. An advocate confirms availability and engagement terms. Call a published number for urgent matters.

The assistant suggests advocates using published practice areas and provides profile and telephone links. Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not legal conclusions or decisions to accept a case. The chat does not forward your question to an advocate. Do not enter personal information, documents or confidential circumstances.

Form information is processed under separate consent and the Privacy Policy. Reading or accepting these Terms does not replace that consent.

Permitted use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, send malicious content, spam or another person’s data without a lawful basis. Respect the rights of relevant authors and other rights holders. Uses permitted by applicable law remain available.

Availability and external services

We take reasonable steps to maintain information, but changes, inaccuracies and temporary interruptions are possible. Confirm important information with the association. External services have their own rules.

These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restrict mandatory visitor rights. Russian law applies and statutory jurisdiction rules remain effective.
