Personal Data Consent

I freely consent to MAKOLTA Bar Association (105005, Moscow, Baumanskaya St., 22, office 107; info@makolta.ru) processing the information I enter in the enquiry form at makolta.ru.

The purpose is to consider and answer my enquiry and arrange contact with an advocate. The information comprises name and telephone and, if provided, email, general enquiry topic and preferred contact date and time. A consent confirmation and submission time are recorded with the enquiry.

Permitted operations are collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval and use for this purpose, and blocking, deletion and destruction when legally required. Processing may be automated and, where needed, manual. Authorised association personnel may access the enquiry; providers may be engaged only as necessary and on lawful grounds.

This consent does not cover advertising, publication of information, sending it to a public chat, health information, criminal records or other special categories. I should not include those details, documents or other people’s data.

Consent lasts until the enquiry is completed, no longer than one year after submission, or until withdrawal unless law or a separate agreement provides another basis. I can withdraw consent by writing to info@makolta.ru or the postal address above. Processing stops and information is destroyed within statutory periods unless another lawful basis applies.

Consent is confirmed through a separate checkbox that is not preselected. I may choose to call the published number instead of submitting information online. The Privacy Policy explains processing and my rights. Version: 23 October 2026.

Optional choice: Telegram

If you separately allow transmission through Telegram in the enquiry form, authorised MAKOLTA staff may receive your name, phone, email, message and contact-time preferences there. This does not publish your data. Telegram is a third-party service with its own data-processing terms. This choice is optional: without it, notifications contain only the fact that an enquiry exists and a protected link; contacts and the message require access to the management panel. Declining does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry or receiving a response.

Additional consent is given only by selecting the separate optional Telegram checkbox. It does not permit advertising. You can withdraw it by contacting info@makolta.ru. Give only the general topic: do not provide documents or confidential circumstances. Additional consent version: 2026-10-23-tg1.
